What is PEMF?

How do I use it?

1. Find a quiet place to relax.
2. Lay your mat down on a flat surface.
3. Plug the controller into the mat and then plug the other end into a power outlet.
4. Press power ON via controller and select your desired temperature setting.
5. Turn on your PEMF & Photon.
6. Lay back and relax. For extra heat, cover yourself with a blanket.
